Ordered beef rice platter and got no rice. I called the restaurant and they were no help. The beef tasted good but it is the first time I seen a restaurant forget rice in a dish like that. Luckily Grubhub would help me because the restaurant took no responsibility for their mistake.

Fine bar, not really a good Vietnamese restaurant. I didn’t get any rice noodles with my vermicelli, and it came with a Chinese spring roll, not a Vietnamese one.

I ordered from uber eats and they forgot a major item, so they had to send a driver to comeback. Then when I went to eat the pork chop and rice entree the rice was so old that I had to cut the rice with a knife just to separate it. The Banh mi “french baguette” was stale and hard. I would serve this food to a dog because of my love for pets. So not worth the price and Vietnamese food is inexpensive.

Finally I don’t have to dash to Chinatown whenever I have a craving for Viet food. It’s about time someone opened up a convenient location on the other side of city hall. Affordable prices, banh mi is just like childhood, and pho is amazing especially when it’s starting to get chilly again. One suggestion though is for the banh mi, there should be a charge for additional toppings. I was charged for 2 banh mi’s because I ordered the Viet cold cuts and wanted to add tofu in it (didn’t want to order just tofu and be disappointed). Overall, the food is great and I’ve been telling my colleagues about this place. I’ll try the vermicelli and summer rolls on my next visit.

Food is very good! Authentic and tasty. Service leaves much to be desired, the line is busy some times when you call. Employees often seem confused when you ask for delivery upon calling the restaurant, even though it is advertised on the site.

Tasty, convenient, affordable- so glad there is a no frills place in center city serving up a mean bowl of pho, along with all the other traditional Viet specialities! Generous daily hours; repeat-visit worthy

Excellent Pho and Bahn Mi, this is one of our go-tos nearby. The last time we went, Bahn Mi quality was a bit disappointing compared to before. Hopefully, it was just a one-time thing.

Small and quick counter serve place. Cheap 5.50$ 8″ banh mi. Nothing revolutionary, but just a fast snack or meal for later. Staff was friendly, and the hours are convenient.

Stopped in for a quick bite and bubble tea. Food was good… bubble tea needed more cream and it would have been mixed better with the traditional sealed top.

I love this place. They always accommodate my crazy orders and deliver fast. #1 fan. I order or takeout every week and it’s the only Vietnamese place around Rittenhouse.
