Everything was exactly as advertised, staff was very friendly and transparent about what was edible and what as bad enough to remind you you’re eating at applebee’s. The whole experience was like blacking out in Vegas, fun when it happened but never doing it again. Bottomless wing deal was worth being seen there in public, as long as you don’t get the sweet chili or the coleslaw. It’s a great place to sit alone at the bar and down 2 or 3 blue drinks. For an extra kick you can tell them it’s your birthday and have an unenthused undergrad sing to you about being happy despite sitting in restaurant purgatory. Always more fun with friends, 10/10 never putting myself through that again.

Stephanie was our server this evening. She was super nice and we got our food very quickly. Burgers and fries were cooked perfectly. Spinach artichoke dip was hot and delicious! It’s our favorite. Thanks Stephanie for the great service! 🙂 I definitely recommend this place.

I’m not big on complaining, I worked in the service industry for a long time… but when you’re in an almost empty restaurant with more employees than customers and you wait 40 minutes for your drinks and another 20 for your food and your drinks are warm and your food is cold, you have to say something. Manager was behind the bar making drinks for himself and his wait staff, bartender took 20 minutes to make 4 drinks, not even mine that’s total for all the customers, and the waitress is rude and charged you for things you didn’t order and refuses to take them off the ticket… like you all know you’re at work right? As in you provide goods and services in exchange for money right? Worst possible experience I’ve ever had, cannot stress it enough bulldoze this location, and open a chilis, at least they’ll have warm food and cold beer.

Thomas was very kind and helpful while I was trying to make a decision for my order. He repeated the long list of options for the current “2 for” deals very patiently and willingly. He went over specific ingredients that were included in some of the entres making sure my family would not have any adverse/distasteful reactions. Great service. It shows that he really does care about the customers at Applebee’s.

My husband and I both asked for no pink in our burgers (ordered through DoorDash), and although his was pretty much perfect, mine was full of pink! I could only eat the edges of the burger. Some people might be able to handle this, but I’ve got a super sensitive stomach. I hate to complain, but it was frustrating to pay for a meal and have it turn out this way.
