I was so excited for this location to open up, boy, was it a let down Got there at 6:45 pm, almost no line. The kitchen and serving line looked well staffed. Had high hopes. Food on the line looked a little low (I expected that as they always have looked so busy). The servers were very lax and nonchalant. The girl at the register looked tired and uncaring. We walked around the corner to fill our drinks and grab utensils, napkins, and Tabasco. Drink station was a mess, utensils were barely stocked, ABSOLUTELY NO NAPKINS, and the green Tabasco bottles were empty. I reasonably asked the cashier for some napkins and green Tabasco and let her know that they were all out where customers could grab some. She walked over to confirm it was all gone, walked back to the front, handed me TWO singular napkins for two people, and told me that they were all out of green Tabasco. (However, I could see where the extra green Tabasco was sitting on a shelf to the right-hand side of the kitchen. The food was alright. The experience was trash. Hopefully, management can make this location better. (If they even care because it sure didn’t seem like anyone did).

I ordered 30 minutes in advance before showing up to Chipotle. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:20. I didn’t get my order till after 7. Got home to feed the family and the portions were just right for my 3 year old. They also forgot my large chips and guacamole. We are fans of Chipotle but I would never recommend to order online. Ordering online you get cheated portions and they forget items. Only worth it to go in and get your food in person.

My husband and I came for lunch. I got a steak salad, he ordered a steak bowl. Why is the food so spicy? Could not taste anything but spicy. I have eaten at several Chipotle Restaurants (Ohio, Kentucky, and Virginia). The food was so good, flavorful but not so hot that we couldn’t eat. $33 was a bit pricey to not be able to eat.

Out of meat, out of rice, beans, out of clean trays, out of clean tables, out of pocket, absolutely filthy in every aspect. Nothing cooking, nothing cleaned or being cleaned. Zero pride of standards. Seems like employees have been left to the wolves by Management, do not care as a result. Worst Chipotle by light years even seen.

First time here and it was an extreme let down. Had absolute nothing and the place was disgusting. Ice machine was completely out and staff didn’t care about refilling it. Staff was very confused on how to do anything. Staff was more concerned about getting off than insuring customers have a good experience.

There were 15 employees, yet they were out of almost everything at 6 PM. Employees were chatting with friends out in the dining area or behind the counter. The chip were stale. The trash was overflowing. There was trash all over the floor. The Coke machine was out. I can’t say I recommend one thing about this place.
