Delicious, Fast, and Efficient. My Hubby and I visited the area for his birthday weekend, and we both agreed that this is by far one of the best breakfast spots on the island!! I really enjoyed the cinnamon french toast, which is only offered on Sundays, and my Hubby loved his pancake!!! We definitely look forward to returning during our next visit.

The food is as good as you will find anywhere. A warm friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Not fancy but clean and functional. Best from scratch pancakes you’ll find and the biscuits and gravy are awesome. Great breakfast spot or a quick sandwich menu later in the day.

Southern Coney And Breakfast in Hilton Head provided a decent breakfast experience. The service was acceptable, although not particularly noteworthy. While the overall visit wasn’t compelling enough to make me want to return specifically, I wouldn’t mind dining there again. It’s a place that offers a satisfactory meal without standing out in any remarkable way.

We were looking for a new breakfast spot in the Bluffton/HHI area. We have several favorites and may have found another. Service was excellent and the food was good too. The pancakes were light and tasty. Our server was on point and never let our coffee cups get empty. This is a great little Diner and definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back again soon.
