Was visiting family so I didn’t eat here like my local Arby’s, but I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and the wrap was really hard. Tore most of it off…. Maybe bc it was 10:30 and they were closing soon…. But the fries were fresh! The meat was tasty and service was friendly.

I was disappointed in the Wagyu burger. The meat was way smaller than I thought it would be. The ice tea was weak and the fries were not hot. It was basically a bad experience all the way around. To top it off, there was a big black hair in the half of the sandwich my wife didn’t eat.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The lady on the speaker & at the window has a horrible attitude. At the speaker, I told her I had a coupon. I got to the window, handed her the coupon and my card. She hands me my card and receipt back, the coupon was never applied. Probably because she was talking on the phone while taking my order AND while I was at the window. Ordered ranch at the speaker, and again at the window, there was no ranch in the bag. This happened about 2 weeks ago. Decide to give them another shot today. Get to the speaker, the lady (I’m assuming the same one from the last occurrence due to the attitude and tone of her voice) tells me that she won’t be taking another order for 10-15 minutes. What?? Try to go inside to order, there’s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. I get it, everywhere is short staffed right now. But at least have a better attitude and do your job correctly. If you don’t like your job that bad, do everyone a favor and find another one.

I stop in this place frequently. Here lately the staff has been rude and not getting our orders right. Today there was a sign that they were out of certain menu items. I asked for fries & cheese sticks. They were out of both. I then added a additional slider and waited for my total and never got a response. So I pulled around after waiting several minutes and asking if they heard me.. I got to the window, She didn’t correct my order after telling me they were out of things and evidently cut the speaker off & didn’t want to hear anything else I had to say. Like most places since Covid19 being understaffed they do not seem to be. Noone wants a sandwich with no fries. I hope it is just a error in ordering and it will be fixed soon. But there employees could definitely get a attitude adjustment. This isn’t the first time I’ve driven through and had bad service. Its usually the same lady at the window before 3pm. And forget asking for sauces because she will ignore you or lie and tell you there in your bag. If you hate your job quit or learn to be pleasant. Please don’t make everyone else miserable. A smile and actually listening goes a long way

We dined in on 6/29/22 and were refused our receipt. He gave us one too many cups so we asked for receipt to verify our order and the young man refused to give us one. There was only onenother family in the dining room as they were not busy and the lobby was completly dirty. Food on the floor and tables. The floor was so sticky my flip flops were sticking to the floors was i was walking. While we were sitting in the dinning room eating with our son we kept hearing the employees behind the counter cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional! Something needs to be done about the employees!
