Asked for extra meat on the brisket and cheddar couldn’t figure our how to charge me for it. Then asked for a tip for Taking my order. The sandwich, which used to be amazing, is now cold fatty bullocks with overpowering artificial smoke flavor. There was so little meat on the sandwich. I just wonder if this is all firehouse subs. Wow! I had this Firehouse sub shop at a 5 2 months ago. The older gentleman that used to work there & do an awesome job is gone. The kids they now have working there don’t look at you while you’re trying to give your order & are unable to get the correct ingredients on the sub because they’re too busy looking out the window while they’re making it. Who doesn’t put bacon on a club on a Sub? Really. My bad for not checking behind them before I left the store. This I’d why even though I live less than 2 miles away from international store but I didn’t mind going an extra 10 miles for a better sub. Thanks for ruining that.

Barely any meat at all. For a $12 8″ sandwich… this was absolutely pitiful. I’d rather you raise your prices again rather than letting quality fall to this degree. This used to be a great firehouse location… but my last visit in January was poor, and unfortunately it hasn’t changed. I doubt I’ll ever be back.

Walk in and nothing but 5 frowning employees just staring and saying nothing, obviously don’t want to be there. Not a good atmosphere or business model. I’ve seen funeral homes that were more welcoming and happier. Sandwichs were good though. Advice to staff smiles are free and make a big difference in how customers will see your restaurant. Ormond Beach location, Saturday 1130am.

If I could give a negative I would. Use to like firehouse but today was horrible, sub was not like it use to be, they made a point to say we will include the pickle (No pickle). Mac and cheese was water. Tried calling, was disconnected and have tried several several times and no one will answer. This was our last visit.

Typically my wife and I love Firehouse subs, but not tonight. First bite of both of our sandwiches contained strings of plastic. Then found more throughout the sandwiches. Had to throw them away. Very disappointed.
