Upon arriving at the restaurant, it was immediately noticable that the lobby was spotless. The men’s room was also super clean. The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. The tea was freshly brewed as well. The manager and staff were very kind and attentive. We ate well and had a good time. I highly recommend eating at KFC on Texas Ave in Bryan, TX.

We were charged for a meal and didn’t get any sides. We weren’t given a receipt. The woman helping us was confusing and hard to understand. When we got to the window the person helping us was just staring at us with the strangest look on her face. She told us the price and then never said another word, just silently handing the card back and then the food. It was very awkward and frustrating.

Asked for them to drop me fresh hot wings. Instead they dropped the ones they already had sitting in the warmer. Wings was drenched in oil. Took the wings back and employees thought it was funny. Manager didn’t say anything to the employees. Manager is unprofessional and employees need better training in customer service.

First time EVER buying the Famous meal bowl… apparently, the ‘meal’ includes a drink (although the picture shows fries, I didn’t get any). The whole bowl was amazing! I went through the drive-thru and it went as well as any drive-thru experience.
