Great hometown feeling. The staff are super friendly and you immediately feel welcomed. The Reuben was delicious! Only issue was the wait time to get our food but we did show up at the lunch rush. Maybe the next visit will bring the 5th star!

My wife and I love this place! Good food, service, and atmosphere. We stopped most recently at around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the place was full – when it is busy at an off time like that you know people enjoy it. If you don’t want to park in the street there are spots in the municipal lot behind the building.

If you only go to one restaurant during your stay at Watertown, go to the Crystal Restaurant. There’s a reason why its been around since 1925. Great food, excellent service and a historic decor. Portions are just the right side and the food is very reasonably priced.

Great restaurant. Service was fantastic! Food was superb. Has a genuine speak-easy feel about it. Our waiter was Conor, and he provided us with great service. Parking was easy in the lot behind the restaurant. This is a family owned gem. Also, it was snowing, as it always does in Watertown, but it made me feel like I was in Bedford Falls living a scene from “It’s A Wonderful Life”. I will return.
