This is it! The legit authentic Mexican food you have been looking for. Other taco trucks try but can’t come close. This is like it your Mexican abuelita was in the kitchen cooking for you. They opened during Covid and in a few months are killing it. Highly recommend this place. My favorite taco is the cochinta pibil which is slow roasted pulled pork on top of some black beans topped with pickled onions. Then i would put the Al Pastor which has pineapple. The Tinga Tostada is very good it’s a shredded chicken in tomato base on a crispy tostada. They make all their sauces in house from scratch. I love the Yellow pineapple habanero fire! They also have the green and the red spicy. They have three locations and are very consistent at all of them I have tried them all. Great job hope they stick around for ever.
