I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza/garlic butter through the drive-thru. I tipped the young man . I was asked to pull around front to wait. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. I went inside to enquire. I was finally given my pizza and had to ask for the garlic butter dipping sauce that I had already purchased. I phoned in and spoke to Ellie. She was very kind and said if I returned 50% of the burnt pizza they would replace it . I was at work and unable to do so.

On Sunday we stopped and got a pretzel hot n ready pizza only to be thoroughly disappointed by the fact it was dry hard and obviously had been in warmer way past its time. Fast forward to Tuesday and decided to get a regular hot and ready. Yeah, that one is even worse than one on Sunday. Dried out no flavor and very hard. Disappointed to say the least.

This location is gross and filthy. Our pizzas were raw. One was a deep dish supreme, the other was a regular cheese pizza. The dough was not cooked. I had to put our pizzas in my oven for 20 minutes to get them cooked through.

Let door dash a priority over customers that have already paid n waiting.. and when I revisited my order after 20 min was called a vulgar name by one of the female employees I then found a manager and repeated to her what was said. Very sad that a company hires people like that with no respect

I actually travel a far distance to come to this Little Caesars. I come here because I’ve always had exemplary service and great food. Today was a minor exception to the rule. I ordered my food and asked for it to be ready in 45 minutes which it was not. It was an additional 15 minutes afterwards that I had to sit and wait for it. I placed my order with a young lady named Holly and then eventually got on the phone with her again as I left to ask what the problem was. Her customer service skills and her good demeanor has left me still a happy Little Caesars of Massillon customer. As I’m sitting here eating my food it’s still as delicious as usual. Thank you.

First off I have to say that the employees there, they are pretty awesome. They all communicate with each other it’s a seems like a happy environment, they’re playing music. I had ordered via the app and I was coming all the way from a different County and I called because I was going to be late and the girl said that’s no problem will hold it for you and I said okay. By the time I had gotten there I thought they were just going to give me my my order well because I was late they went ahead and gave my order to somebody else and they gave me fresh cheesy bread which was absolutely amazing they didn’t have to do that.

Wasting drivers times by letting other people steal the orders and not contacting uber to get the order canceled. Walked in took 5 minutes to even get anyone’s attention to be told they won’t remake or cancel the order which is in their contract.

This location is TERRIBLE. Ordered 2 lunch combos and 2 crazy breads today. The rude little teener bopper at the window said we’ll bring it right out. 45 minutes later still waiting in the parking lot, I send my GF in to see what is going on, 1 hour later we finally get our food. Only to find the pizza was not cooked all the way and the crazy bread was like eating a loaf of bread, no seasoning or parm cheese on it. Terrible experience, I won’t be back to this location.
