They forgot about my second entree. What a surprise!! They even charged me extra for the angus steak!! But I couldn’t go back because of the orange chicken. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how they closed the lid with an empty spot??! And also for my friend’s dish, she got an amazing broccoli-broccoli instead of a ‘balanced’ beef broccoli. My friend said “they want me to be a vegetarian ”

Ordered online. Waited an additional 5/10 min before driving to the restaurant after receiving my text that the food was ready. Got there and had to wait an additional 10+ min for it to be prepared. Preorder requested soy sauce and utensils for our family meal…got home and found 1 soy sauce packet and one fork? Hmmm

We picked up the family pack. That’s 2 large sides and 3 entrees. Was under$40 with tax. So it was a pretty good deal. And the service was really fast. Oh, the beef with broccoli was mostly broccoli. But Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were fine.

The girl that worked there on Sunday night July 30, 2023, was the worst. I didn’t get her name. A customer, who didn’t speak very good English tried his best to give her an order and she was making all kind of faces and acting irritated and throwing a tantrum in the back. That was the worst that I have seen in customer service. If you don’t like your job, quit, no one deserve your childish behavior. Customer was very nice and didn’t say anything.

Food was terrible. They were running behind tonight and my order wasn’t ready until 25 mins after the time estimates. Normally I don’t mind especially for fresh food but it I as terrible. Staff was super nice however they seemed very disorganized. I won’t be coming back.

I would rather spend my time doing something else besides writing a bad review. I however feel responsible to let others know that this place has some workers that are not customers friendly. I attempted to purchase a small drink but one of the cashiers said that I needed to buy a large drink since it was not from the fountain. After asking the reason the cashier said, it’s against our policy. I asked what if I didn’t like it, if they would return my money, once again her reply was, it’s against our policy. Funny thing is that they do not display their policies for customers as if we are supposed to read them before spending our money there.

Teriyaki chik was so dry and chewy I had to spit most of it out. The zucchini was raw and hard. The fried rice and noodles were both very, very dry and tasteless. String beans were not even half cooked. What happened to this place? It used to be so good and now it’s just awful and we wont be going back.
