My experience tonight was good! The pizza was timely, delivery guy was nice and everything was hot. I will comment that the pizza wasn’t cut through so tear slices was difficult. Was pleased with today’s service though!

This place advertise curbside pizza delivery in 2 minutes or less but it’s false advertisement. They stop the time but still don’t bring your pizza out in time. When I explained this to the manager Elida she basically told me they go off their computers not the customers App? Which makes 0 sense at all. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Basically told me she would contact her supervisors and she might call me back one day. So unprofessional. Just get your pizza from Winco!

Our order was burned but we have 4 hungry kids and they ate it anyway. When I called the manager didn’t believe that the food was burnt. I don’t lie so I was upset. There guarantee says call if you have a problem. I did and got insulted for doing it.

Ordered online and it told me an approximate time bit would be ready. Got a text it was ready for pickup. Came by the store for them to tell me they have no control of the internet and it would be at least another hour. I asked for it to be cancelled and some type of receipt for the cancelled transaction. They said we can cancel it but we can’t give you a receipt for it.

The food here has always been great. My family only gets pizza and wings, everything else is meh, and they have never been disappointing with those two. I love that they offer 40 piece wings, unfortunately, they don’t allow for you to get half one flavor and the other half another, it all has to be the same sauce. Hot buffalo is always a great one, as is mango habanero if you want something sweet and spicy. The staff works quickly and efficiently.

I ordered a pan pizza, new hawaiian specialty. It was severely undercooked and had no bacon on it at all. I called to ask for a different pizza, as I just had the taste of raw ham and soggy pan dough in my mouth and was told emphatically that no, I would get the same soggy pizza I just had and that’s it. I said fine and was going to ask the representative how long it would take and he hung up before I could get the word out of my mouth. I decided instead that I would ask for a refund in person. I walked into the store and wanted to speak to a manager about the ordeal and was just asked if I had eaten the whole order when I brought back both pizzas I had ordered… No sir I did not eat both of the pizzas and bring back empty boxes. My girlfriend’s night was completely ruined and we now had to find something else to do for the night which took up an extra hour of our time we could’ve spent doing something else. I’ve worked for dominos so I know how things go and how hard it is after a big holiday, but I witnessed the worst performance from a team yet.
