We looked on the internet for its hours and drove all the way from Sister’s. Nobody was there about 1:00 in the afternoon the window was open the signs were up and people in the area with other businesses didn’t know where the proprietor was. We gave our business to another food truck which was fine and then noticed about another half an hour later the owner showed up again but was only open for a short while but we had already eaten would have loved to give them some business and we’re in the mood for Thai food and took the effort for a 40 mile round trip but sadly it didn’t work out if they had only communicated if they were on break or what it would have been helpful but there was nothing.

I had the #4 Red Curry, it was very flavorful and filling, The atmosphere was fun, it was bingo night/Tuesday. The food came out quickly and hot. Great spot for a date night.

This started as a 1 star review updated to 5 for the Redmond location. I do order frequently from here. I really enjoy their food. Good portion sizes for a reasonable price with high quality. Usually. Below is what’s left of my reasoning for the 1 star I initially gave. I’m keeping it so ownership can see and hopefully DO SOMETHING about it.

Out of all the other food trucks at The Bite Tumalo, Baitong on Wheels is hands down the one to go to. I have been wanting Asian food all of this week, so when I saw Baitong on Wheels I was extremely reassured. I ordered the chicken pad thai and thai milk tea which were both really really good.

No, does not compare to Thailandia in the least. Tofu in Tom Kha was spongy, Pad Thai an acidic bomb of soy sauce over soggy noodles. First is not always best. Generous portions though. Edit 7/2021: portions no longer generous. Ordered chicken Thai basil (photo). Plate was more than half white rice, and chicken was like tough stew meat, finely chopped, poor textures all around. No basil flavor! A slice of raw tomato and cucumber lay pointlessly atop this under-caloried mass of mediocrity. Not Thai food. Never again.

Pot stickers are good, a little too sweet for my taste but good nonetheless. However the Garlic Honey Chicken is out of this world and my absolute favorite! Delicious!

The worst thai food i have ever had in my life. The audacity of this place to serve the thai basil chicken to the general public. It is barely cooked, flavorless, watery ground chicken with no actual basil. Awful. Buyer beware.

Order the basil Chicken, no basil, one pepper, a tomato slice which was the end piece and slice of cucumber on top of rice, not Thai food. I am Disappointed, I will never go there again. Don’t go here it’s gross.
