Never received my order! I called ahead to cancel because the wait time said 65 minutes for an order of cheese sticks and they told me it was only because the managers were in a meeting but they had just finished up and would be updating the timing. They convinced me to keep the order with them, so I didn’t order anywhere else. I waited for 70 minutes for my food. The tracker had said delivered at 65 minutes and I never even received my food. I requested a refund and they did not give it to me. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Got delivery from this location on 5/21. Ordered directly from the store only for it to be delivered through doordash. The food arrived cold and missing an entire box. Several hours later, the food had me vomiting. I called the store the next day and the employee that I spoke with said he could only offer store credit for the missing item and that I couldn’t prove that the food made me sick so he wasn’t going to refund me. Poor customer service and poor order fulfillment. Why on earth do I want a store credit on food that made me sick to start with?! They are still refusing to refund me.

The more you tip the better the food! Inflation is a female dog and these humans are underpaid. It also depends on the day and who is working whether or not you will get good foods and services. They have to outsource their delivery drivers to Doordash because the shortage of drivers. Give them a break before you give them bad reviews. Remember that most people don’t have families with enough money to pay for good colleges and that’s why the food industry in America is not what it used to be back when the economy was booming. Plus schools don’t teach basic skills pertaining to work ethics. So if you want great service and good food without a bunch poison in it go to a local family owned restaurant

My twin and I have different tastes when it comes to mushrooms, so we half it. We noticed the first time we ordered from PJ the veggies were cooked under the cheese (it was delicious) so, we wanted to know how it was with the veggies on top of the cheese as we cook our home made pizzas… and yeah, I would argue it made the pizza better! Personal preference though, surely. I give 4 stars for their execution of the half mushroom and veggies on top order. Be it the difference of the cheese not getting that top heat and melted blanket effect on veggies under.. or it was just cooked a little faster than our veggies under cheese pizza, but this veggies on top pizza was a hair undercooked in the way the cheese didn’t entirely melt into that blanket all the way through. It is still a delicious pizza we shared with our Mom and Grandmom!

Kids and wife like the pizza but crazy greedy. Hang signs and then don’t honor deals, online never works right, and codes good till end of year don’t work. Manager has worst customer service. 60 dollar order and a pizza wasn’t right. I told them it was computer error but maybe I did it. Can I just buy one and get it at the same rate to replace the mess up and not have to order 2. He says no, even though deal was 2 or more…he says it’s a new order and I’d have to order 2 more. Goofball.

A friend ordered for our family since we just had a baby. It was delivered without notice and left on the porch. My husband happened to see it on his way in. By the time he got to it, it was covered in ants and cold. I called to get a refund for our friend who ordered or the order replaced and was told that we had to drive the ant-covered pizzas back into the store to get a refund or new pizzas. So, put ant covered pizzas in the car and bring them back into the facility…not to mention wait that much longer for food for the kids. I tried to explain the situation and was told ‘that’s company policy’. Not impressed!!! Besides that, I thought that ants inside the restaurant would go against health code?!
