We stopped in for dinner recently for the first time here and so glad we did. The Killer Ribs are killer good, the pulled chicken was was amazing, the sauce has that perfect mix of sweet and spices, and the banana pudding was to die for. Excellent service, excellent food, can’t wait to be back!

Visited today around 5pm and it was NOT a pleasant experience. It’s dinner time and everything was being microwaved, no seasoning on ANYTHING, dry meat, baked beans were not tasty and the Mac and cheese was miserable. The BBQ sauce was delicious! But I couldn’t drown my food in that to even enjoy it. I purchased a Sampler, 2 cookies and 2 drinks $35. My son and I both were in the bathroom immediately after just a few bites. Didn’t even get a to-go box because it wasn’t worth reheating a 3rd time smh..Customer service was poor.. would definitely not recommend this hole in the wall to anyone!

This was like a hidden gem! I got the rib bites appetizer and the special of the day which was like a taco plate but with brisket and everything was delicious! The two gentlemen I ate with ordered a smoked brisket sandwich and the chicken salad and both cleaned there plates. A decent sized serving too. Will definitely be back since I live a mile from here.

Wouldn’t return or recommend. Painfully below average. Tough brisket, dry but greasy. Chicken not any better than a Walmart rotisserie chicken. Banana pudding was old-one bite was enough. (I make my own from scratch so I know what texture and colour fresh product is supposed to be.) Portions were stingy for the elevated prices. BBQ sauce too tangy for me but I prefer a sweet/smoky flavour over watery vinegar.

I visited BSSH today for the first time. It’s not a bad bbq place. I ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, they came with a bag of chips. I ordered two drinks, a side of slaw and potato salad. This cost $32 lol. The slaw is bland. The potato salad it pretty good and the pulled pork was good. The best thing I tried was their house made hot sauce. It wasn’t hot but had a really good flavor.

A great cozy spot to get some home cooked barbecue! The owners make you feel very welcomed and just like you’re at home:) We got the ribs, pulled pork, mac’n cheese and beans. The meat was tender and juicy, bbq sauce has a little kick to it but very tasty. Both the sides tasted fresh and the mac’n cheese was the perfect amount of cheese. You won’t be disappointed if you give this place a try:)
