This is a great atmosphere for anyone! We went here early in the evening. With it being in a very small town, early evening on a Thursday you may ruin into a family or 2 having dinner. But don’t worry the kids clear out and it’s a great bar with great food and the service is outstanding! Everyone welcomed you and you immediately feel relaxed and comfortable. There is a back room for playing the slots with its own entrance if your don’t wish to go thru the bar area. If you happen to be out that way and have time to stop, Frank’s in Beckemeyer is a must visit!

This is my new friend Frank, got to camp out in his backyard last night, he owns a bar and grill on US highway 50, and shared several stories of other travelers who walk Across America and stop in on their journey. Frank had amazing stories of his own, in the 80’s he was a baseball player on the Utah Trappers a minor league team owned by the famous actor Bill Murray, the team is best known for winning 29 consecutive games in 1987. He asked me to come by for lunch on him. Grateful for making a new friend on this journey I won’t forget.

Pretty reasonably priced. But besides that the staff is great frank himself mingles with the customers and makes u feel right at home kim the bartender puts in work and makes sure u always have what u need and if u become to know them well enough u well eventually realize the girls in the kitchen are wonderful too!!!! 10/10 give this plave ur business and u wont be sorry we love franks!
