Over stuffing the burritos isn’t always the greatest idea. Especially if your employees are not properly wrapping them. My car floor got filled with juices because of this, and now I have to clean my carpet if i don’t want it smelling. On top of that, the paper bag given is just to weak to support two overstuffed burritos. Heavy burritos, not wrapped properly, leaking, and cheap paper bag = burritos on the floor. I want a refund or two new burritos made. I will not be driving back tonight as this location is 10 minutes from where I live.

Bad attitude. Bad service. Inconsiderate, if not unsafe COVID-19 practices. The girl bringing out the mobile orders would not read the names so each time she brought out an order all the people waiting had to one-by-one walk up (or several at a time crowd up) and read the name on the bags. Then she got upset and rude when several of us asked her to read the names.

First my granddaughter ordered she put the wrong items on and forgot the guacamole. Then she didn’t gave me ONLY CHICKEN! We got charged for them ! Both women were unpleasant. Like they didn’t hear or understand me or my granddaughter. I asked if they could hear us with no respond. Not sure what to do. Not going back is a option that I’m going to take.

Very disappointing, the one employee that actually addressed me was nice. I get home open my order & my daughters side chips & milk are not in the bag. To add on to that my burrito bowl didn’t have any protein in it. I’m so annoyed… I paid nearly $40 for this. It is this location that doesn’t ever serve consistent product.
