Ordered 4 pizzas from here online. Delivery time said 40 minutes. Mpre then 1 hour had passed and we still got nothing. Called the number and nobody was answering on the extensions for existing orders. Called again and selected the option to place an order and when I explained the issue, the person on the other side yelled at me for picking this extension, saying it is only for placing orders and he is not even in the store to be able to check but at his house placing orders for people from there. How does that even make sense? He was super rude and hung up on me. Their tracker didn’t work so the only option was to go there and pick up our order hoping we don’t cross roads with the delivery driver. We get there and at this point it has already been 2 hours of us ordering. Our order was ready and waiting. Not sure what the issue was and why it took so long as I didn’t really wanna go into explaining and excuses of their incompetence and lack of organizing skills of the whole system. After this terrible experience I went to ask for a delivery fee and tips refund through my online order and they don’t have an option for that. The pizza was actually amazing but for the whole ordeal we went through just because their system is not working right and employees are rude, I would not recommend it.

I haven’t had Papa Johns in a few years and today I decided to order, not a good experience! I received a text message stating my order was ready for pickup and the pizza tracker had the same thing. Get to the store, it was so many people waiting for orders. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me, she was putting stickers on pizza boxes! I had to ask if she taking orders or helping customers and her response was “no we’re not taking orders “, so I told her I have an online order and she proceeded to check and said it wasn’t ready. She was clueless and no help as to why the system has my order marked as ready. I wanted a refund because the manager is the only person that can do it and he walked out! The manager in training couldn’t do anything. I had to call customer service to assist and still no refund but they can create a ticket for upper management! Never again will I return to this location!

Experienced this pizzeria more than once in 2 weeks. Ordered online not knowing a marathon had it blocked off by police totally. Called in canceled order. Manager a real top notch problem solver. I selected to have the order made instead of refund. OKKKAY! (LIL John) voice.

They didn’t show up and I got an email saying it was delivered. Then they had the nerve to send it after they reheated it and it was black and they sent a kid to the door. You talk about some terrible work ethics. Never will I order again. Thanks for causing a big fight at my house.

Delivery service was not a good experience on several occasions! Time frame it takes to receive order, Driver shows up with missing items because they were no longer available. Called to see if something else could be sent out since I did not receive notification that items were no longer available. I was was hung up on. There’s been a few times when the pizza was under cooked. My son loves papa Johns but no longer ordering from this location.

I wish I could give this location negative stars I would! Just save your time & gas and go to another location. Spent an hour plus waiting on my order just to get someone else’s order and don’t waste your time calling either because all they do is pick up the phone and hang up. The order received that isn’t mine still looks disgusting. Will not be back at this location.

Whatever you do, don’t order food from this location. I placed an order online and never received my food even though the tracker said delivered, and that was after noticing that the tracker wasn’t even working at first. Then I called the store and couldn’t get anyone on the phone unless I selected option number 3, which a guy answered and said that he couldn’t help me and that he was only taking over the phone orders. I then proceeded to call the corporate number and the lady said she’ll put in a refund request ticket to the upper management and they’ll reach out to me within 48 hours. I’m so ticked off right now, I can’t believe this store didn’t deliver my food after it was already paid for.
