We ordered, she asked us to pull up and wait. We were the only people in line. Which is usually fine because this way it would be hot. We waited 22 minutes. We live 2 blocks away. Got home fries and curly fries were cold and greasy and chicken strips were hard and barely warm. Way too much money to spend!

Cleaner than expected. We were only customers inside and cook still managed to miss our order, so we waited quite a bit longer than necessary. That was okay, but an employee named Matthew was loitering in the dining room blasting gangsta rap from his phone and having sour exchanges with the girl who was actually working. Disturbed what’s normally a good time for me and my grandson.

Worst experience. Had people talking over the intercom while trying to order. Ordered a western burger with fries. Paid and they had me pull foward when no one was behind me till 5 minutes later. They had 3 others cars pulled foward before me. Finally got my food after 10 minutes. Fries were wet and Luke warm. Sandwich is so sloppy I can’t even eat it. If you want good fast food I would suggest burger King, not this place. I’m going to through my lunch away now that I paid 12 dollars for

So I’m not normally like this, but I’m literally never going to Hardee’s again. I’ve always loved them and their food, but their customer service and wait times have been absolutely ridiculous the last few times I’ve been there. Not to mention 2 out of the last 3 times are order has been incorrect. I never complain or make a big deal, but I’m tired of paying money for the wrong food. I was so disappointed tonight when I walked in and they basically acted like it was a hassle to serve me. Then two other customers came in behind me and received their order before me. Luckily I checked my bag before leaving they hadn’t even put in one of our burgers. I told them it wasn’t in there and the manager said well it should be. So I let him look through the bag, he didn’t say anything to me just turned around and grabbed the burger off the heater and tossed it in the bag. Worse experience ever, Hardee’s just lost a loyal customer.
