This is a company wide issue apparently. If you’re allergic to anything beware. I specifically call and tell them I’m allergic to mayo before the conversation starts. I was informed in the past to place the order through the app to avoid any miscommunication. I specifically order the spicy Italian. It comes with mayo. I make my order everytime fresh to ensure I hit no mayo. I even put a note that I’m allergic. It’s hard to not be rude to an employee whem I go out of my way to order a Vito, that doesn’t even come with mayo and sacrifice the luxury of double protein. I still receive a sandwich with mayo. It’s unavoidable. I have to make them reorder and and me a free sandwich more times than not. Everytime iv ordered from this location iv gotten a different sandwich, mayo, or nothing at all. It’s a joke It’s almost like spinning a random sandwich wheel everytime. My local place of business no longer orders jimmy johns and I understand why. I asked the manager to comp me a sandwich the last order I made, and informed her she lost this business as well. I’m not interested in having corporate reach out, I instead refuse to do any business with jimmy johns. This is the 5th time I went out of my way to try and correct the issue manager to manager, and as a team we cannot resolve the issue. The problem is jimmy johns as a company.

My elderly husband and autistic 15year old great grandson came here 2/9/23 and had an awful experience, all over a rewards card. The employee Lexi at the window proceeded to berate him when he attempted to give her his rewards phone number, all Infront of my grandson. My husband was polite about it and said thank you for the correction, but she continued to lecture him and said “you will give your number at the speaker from now on!” He has never been asked for his rewards card number at the speaker before (the only reason we come here is for our autistic grandson, he likes to add condiments himself) it proceeded to escalate, she wouldn’t give him his food, told him not to come back and slammed the window! Through the window we saw her take the food out of the bag and throw it! We’ve been coming here for at least 3 years. Not only did our poor grandson didn’t get his food, he kept apologizing to his grandpa. Such a bad impression on a young boy let alone autistic.

The people working at this store are in the wrong profession. Unhelpful and rude across multiple interactions. I love Jimmy Johns and kept coming to this location because it’s close to my home, but the service is so bad I had to stop today. They always get the order wrong and this is confirmed by others who have left reviews of this store. At one point I stopped tipping for delivery, which was only 3 orders of not tipping, because the order was always wrong and then on the 3rd time the driver was banging on my door demanding I tip for poor service. So they will make sure they are getting their money, but your food orders will be wrong and they could care less. I even explained why and she did not care about the order being right just her tip. Before I became an engineer I worked in the food industry for over a decade and never experienced this level of service. Truly if you are going to treat people like this get a different job. If the owner is reading this then you need to hire people willing to take care of the customer and not employees who are solely focused on their tips. The interaction at the store today was the line in the sand. Rude, unhelpful and not willing to take any ownership of their actions.
