This can’t be a fast food place I waited 5 minutes for the young lady. To come take my order then 10 minutes for them to drop my chicken tenders in the grease, add another 10 minutes. For them to box them up and hand them to me That’s Ridiculous They need To let them all go and get someone that really wanna work. Took them almost 30 minutes to prepare one Employee said because they was making them fresh . They didn’t have to kill the chicken nor pluck his feathers. So it shouldn’t took no 30 minutes.

The supposed shift leader Lizbeth tried to scam us into paying 2 times for our order!! She charged us then told us the card was declined!! We payed cash checked the account and the money had been taken out 45.51$ charged twice. Then she goes to tell us she had to void the order because something went wrong! Im sure they have double charged several people! Please check your accounts if you have been there it feels like she is trying to scam people out of money!!

Stopped this morning after work for a Large Diet Coke. My hubby asked if that was the large cuz the large we get at Panda across the street is a lot cheaper and larger. Nidia rudely said ” Then maybe you need to go somewhere else” slammed the window in anger and locked the window. How rude. My husband just asked a question. Shld not be in customer service. Very rude staff, the lady working the drive thru wanted me to give her the pin number to my card. She wouldn’t allow me to come in and pay on the front register. She kept insisting that I give her my pin, which is very weird to me.
