**UPDATE** Just left there about 20 minutes ago and came home with the WORST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was so tough I couldn’t even bite into it. Feeezer burnt probably would be my guess. I asked for ranch to dip my fries in and got mayo packets. HORRIBLE experience. I ate the bacon and cheese off the sandwich, the rest went in the garbage.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a Large Strawberry Lemondade a day received this small cup. I had to ask the cashier several times if that was a Large and she said yes. I would have never paid over $4.00 for that small cup. Never again.

9-22-19 Sunday night dinner. While driving to the hotel I spotted a Arby’s. I have never been to a Arby’s before. Let’s stop why not. The people behind the counter were really polite and very helpful. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. the Buffalo chicken was delicious and the tea was good as well. The restaurant was clean. I’m not sure if what I experienced overall with this Arby’s is consistent on a daily basis but I will find out. I would definitely return to this location. Good job

Have had great experiences in the past, but will not be returning. I placed an online order and was told at the drive thru speaker I could pick it up at the window. I pulled up and a disgruntled employee shoved a drink at me that wasn’t mine, so I told her as much and stated my order and she told me I needed to come inside. I then explained I was told at the speaker that window pick up was fine. At this point she started yelling at me, repeating “No” and “You’ve gotta come inside” cutting me off when I tried to speak and getting increasingly more angry and rude. Another employee, maybe a manager, stepped up and asked for my name and grabbed my order, which was right behind them, and had to shove past the window employee to hand it to me. Said employee then started yelling about how “No one else gets that kind of treatment” and slammed the window. The whole reaction was very inappropriate and blown out of proportion.
