Fun place to eat and the food was good. The chicken was wonderful. My mashed potatoes were a little crumbly but my husbands were ok. The garlic green beans were just garlic and no flavor. My daughter ordered mac and cheese and that was good as were the rolls that came with our orders. We ordered banana pudding for all of us to share and it was a good portion and very yummy. Our server was wonderful.

The first few times I went here the service was good, but lately the service has been lacking. It seems as though they don’t have enough servers as first floor was closed down second floor was full and roof top was only half full on a Saturday night. All the servers they did have were young and inexperienced. The Food has always been good up until the last visit. The spicy chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing and the fried chicken is absolutely amazing and Don’t get me started on the pickle fries appetizer with ranch it’s a new concept that will blow your mind. The sides seem to always be good the mac & cheese is outstanding and the fries are always be fresh. On this latest trip we ordered the steak fingers and boy were we disappointed. I didn’t know they would come frozen and reheated as they don’t even make them fresh at the restaurant. The only dessert we have had there is the banana pudding that was outstanding, just as good as homemade. Atmosphere inside the restaurant is good with nice decor and rooftop dining on the third level it’s too bad about the service. Honestly it’s questionable whether we will return or not.

The spicy chicken sandwich is legit spicy unlike most places. The 1/4 chicken was a 2 piece that was definitely brined and full of flavor. The Mac and cheese definitely wasn’t our favorite however the mashed potatoes and gravy and corn were good. The rolls with honey butter are good for sure. We also had the Deviled egg salad with fried saltines….it was good but not great.

Alright, this is LEGIT FOOD. I would come back just for the sides, that’s how good it was. Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans were lip smackingly delicious. The rolls were perfection with that honey butter! The half chicken and chicken wings were cooked perfectly: crispy crunchy on the outside but still moist on the inside. The cobbler was good, especially the ice cream. So why the 4 stars, you ask? The chicken and green beans were sooo salty. Which is crazy because I love salt! Tone down the salt just a tad and this place would be perfection. Also the side room we were in was quite warm. The thermostat read 80 degrees when we left. Fix those two things and this would for sure be a 5 star place.

Ordered a whole fried chicken, fried catfish, and fried shrimp. Fries, green beans w/garlic & bacon, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes w/gravy, and rolls as sides. Everything was great! Chicken and mac & cheese really stood out. Chicken was very hot, steamy, and juicy with good flavor penetration to the meat. Mac & cheese may have been the creamiest (on the thick side, to describe it better) I’ve ever had!

1:30 pm today for lunch. Service was fantastic and the food was really good. It takes a minute to get the chicken because they make it to order. Didn’t give it a 5 star as the French fries were cold but all else was so, so good. The deviled egg dip was neat appetizer for something different. The chicken was the star for sure, was cooked perfectly.

My number one for any venue be it food, department store, hotel etc is customer service. I walked in approached the counter a young lady was standing there and I got nothing y’all nothing. So I asked about a table and she gave me a menu and said sit where I would like, I thought it was me but I noticed as other people came in they had to ask the same question. I sampled their chicken sandwich, deviled egg dip, corn, and mashed potatoes. Everything was just ok but the chicken sandwich. THAT CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS FIRE Y’ALL!! That chicken was seasoned, hot, big, and tasty. If I had to rate on the chicken only they would have 10 out of 5 stars from me that day. So if going for the chicken in downtown Tulsa check out Red Light Chicken for the chicken try everything else at your own risk ( it wasn’t that bad).

Me and a buddy had lunch on Sunday at Red Light chicken. He had been there one time before. I had never been. We both go out of our way to go to different places around the state to eat at different places. Especially if they have fried chicken. We ordered the whole chicken. Half spicy & half regular. Mashed potatoes & gravy, Mac & cheese, and Cole slaw. Dinners come with wonderful dinner rolls. The chicken & sides were excellent. The chicken was moist. The spicy had a kick without masking the flavor of the chicken. There is definitely butter in the potatoes and the Mac & cheese was creamy. Service was top notch. The staff appeared to be very young, but all acted like seasoned servers. We were checked on several times after our meals were delivered. Of course we had to take home of the meal. The portions were huge. We both have healthy appetites, but there was no way we could finish the whole thing. Open 11-9 most days I believe. I will definitely be back. Get on TripAdvisor, so I can leave a review there. Thanks again.

Roof top seating on a sunny day. Very chill vibe. Got the spicy chicken tenders. They do have a good spice to them! The chicken is cooked very well and is warm all the way through even if you’re a slow eater. The sides were decent. I got the corn and bf got the mash potatoes. He said they were kinda chunky and could’ve been better. Other than that we enjoyed our visit. Great staff!

Really enjoyed everything on the menu I tried! The mac’n’cheese was by far my favorite side, the green beans were a little too salty, and spicy chicken was very spicy. The frozen hard lemonade was delightful with the view from the rooftop bar and we had great service. While I wasn’t a huge fan of one of the appetizers I tried my friend was and definitely loved the fried saltines it came with.
