More than a restaurant, Native is a unique destination within the historic Mill at Crown Garden. Our style could be called Southern Americana, attempting healthy comfort foods that are both wholesome and indulgent. The menu offers many allergy sensitive and vegan/vegetarian options, including being 100% gluten-free and having no hidden dairy. At Native, you can eat good and feel good about it.
Native is also a coffee shop, featuring local coffee roasters and in house pastries, as well as having a full, though limited bar with craft beers, cocktails and organic wines. Get your snack on with a variety of clean treats available from our retail selection. Come and enjoy!

Ordered take out. 1st, you have to find the place it’s inside the Mill, no signs, so just go inside. Had the chicken avocado sandwich the Bun although delicious, was a mess since they didn’t separate the sides and I had sweet potatoes, which are delicious as well! Bun was impossible to eat since it was soggy. Will try again, but if Togo will ask that the side be separated. Everything had amazing flavor.

The entire menu is gluten free and dairy free naturally and I absolutely loved being able to find something so perfectly suited for my diet and allergies. I got the South x southwest breakfast scramble and it was everything I needed for the morning. The kale had a delicious dressing that made it so enjoyable. Incredible options for anyone looking for gluten free and vegan the loft area above the kitchen was so cute and decked out cute chairs. Had plenty of outlets for charging. I recently came here for brunch and was so delighted by the whole experience. Delightful atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff, and refreshingly healthy food. Thankful to find a dedicated gluten free facility in N GA. I highly recommend the lattes. We got a vanilla and a caramel- the caramel being the flavor winner. They have a great selection of healthy treats, candies and chocolate. The location is in a food hall that i never knew existed! Happy we stopped by after a local softball tournament. Will be stopping again next time we are up in Dalton.

Food was very good, just not a fan of the gluten free bun. Nice staff! I would definitely eat there again! The decor is nice as well as the seating in the loft area. Probably far more of an after dark experience, I am sure.

This is my favorite place in Dalton to get great atmosphere and incredibly healthy delicious food! Brady the manager always has a big smile on his face and is eager to please all of his guests. The atmosphere is urban chic, comfortable and relaxing. I feel like I’m on vacation here! The Fig Jam is a must for you to try! They have little areas to just hang and drink a delicious cup of coffee with a fancy design. I always plan to come here when I come to Dalton Georgia! 5 stars for service and food.
