SLOW!! It’s taken well over 35 minutes each time to get my pizza order when I order ahead on the app. I’m quoted 15-20 minutes, show up at the 20-minute mark, and still have to wait 15+ minutes at the store. The employees are friendly enough, but this store either needs more help or better workers..

I’m giving Little Caesars 5 stars for their excellent customer service. We all know Little Caesars isn’t known for its top notch pizza but they certainly make up for it in customer service. I had a large Order of pizzas for our Boy Scout troop and they quickly accommodated us and even helped load the pizza in the car! I did call ahead and they requested we come in to pay prior to making the order but that is understandable. They were very clear about their process on large orders. The girl on the phone was detailed and positive. When I walked in it was quick service!

Every time i come here it takes forever! I waited over an hour once and my food still wasn’t done. The manager was arrogant and the least bit apologetic. I left with no food. I reached out to corporate and was supposed to get a call from the owner and never did. 9 months later and no improvement at all. Absolutely terrible.
