Location is average. Directions were not explicitly followed (i.e. extra sauce), but this isn’t limited to this location or chain. There was a mistake in my initial order, but the employees caught it before I arrived and they prepared a new dish (I’m not sure what the initial problem was).

Horrible service. Ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks for delivery. Hour and a half later called them and they said ohh it wasn’t delivered? Hold on let me talk to my manager. He then says the driver forgot it. I get it and the bottom is hot but the pizza tasted like they re heated in a microwave. I called and spoke to the manager, she said she will send the driver back for a refund. I called papa John’s and got my pizza from them before I got a refund.

I went on the Pizza Hut app and reordered my last order. I was extremely disappointed when I got a call that Pizza Hut no longer carries beyond meat. That was the only reason I order pizza hut, you are the only ones who carried it. I was so excited about it. I might as well continue just making my own. Or if I do order out Ill just get a $5 Little Caesars cheese pizza…. It was nice of the company to offer a discount on a different pizza. Big mistake getting rid of the fake meat option, everyone loved that pizza whenever we ordered it.
