Great food, even if the service is a little slow. We came into order 1 Burger and 1 large fry, were the only ones in sight, and it still took about 10 to 15 minutes for my food to be done. Employees are welcoming and talkative, the prices are reasonable, and the food is a great quality. They definitely do not skimp on fries! The location is clean and there is a fairly wide selection of seating.

Overpriced! Unoriginal for the price. There is no wow I need to come back. Soggy fries and your typical cheeseburger. Staff more concerned about social hour.

It had been a while since our family had been here due to our last few visits. I’m glad we came back! The food and service quality is back to where it used to be when it first opened!

Me and my buddy from work try to find the very best burger. We’ve decided that the Northern Kentucky top 3 are Mad Mike’s (bronze), Red Robin (silver), and the GOLD MEDALIST is FIVE GUYS. Every single time they bring it. The burgers are always made fresh and made right. I don’t know what they do to it, but it tastes awesome every time. Not to mention they load you down with great fries. Love it.

Oh ny goodness. Absolutely delicious. Got a bacon burger and fries. And it was 12ish. But the amount of fries were crazy. They went above to please the customer. And the burger was so delicious and juicy. Worth every single penny. If one was close to my house I would be a regular. But not worth the hour drive.

Good. I liked it. There was nothing wrong with anything or anybody. Too many Choices for toppings. Overwhelming, but makes you want to come back and try the options. Expensive for sure. $13 or so for a burger and fries, though they do stuff em full of fries al that must be the perk. Everyone is nice, smiles when you enter, polite while waiting for indecisive people like me to figure out whether I want a hit dog or a burger. The hot dogs are the most interesting item to me. They cut the hot dog in half to grill them. It feels like my grandpa is making them on his grill. I did the simple relish, mustard and ketchup. Came to about 5 or so. I thought that was reasonable. I didnt know about the different seasonings for fries until I read it on the board. I liked the seasoned version.

Being from California, where In-n-Out Burgers are considered the top, I was looking for a solid burger experience. This place did not disappoint, possibly even beating out In-n-Out due to their awesome french fries. They offer free peanuts while you wait (serve-yourself) and have hot dogs on the menu too.

Delicious food. Brian specifically was very nice, he checked on us and asked if we liked our food multiple times and was a really cool guy. He catered to our custom order and the food was still great

I ate at this location on june 3rd and received food poisoning shortly after. My husband had the same experience at a different location in OH. We thought he was allergic to an ingredient, so thought I would be fine. I too was puking for 24 hours just less than 2 hours after consuming a cheeseburger and fries. That was the last thing I ate the rest of the day. I talked around to fellow friends and found out they also got food poisoning! Something needs to happen so this stops effecting people. I will never eat at Five Guys again.

The counters were all messy and had garbage all over them by the pop machine. There was a younger guy “cleaning up” the tables and floors and he just skimmed the tables with the same dry towel , they were filthy. The girl who took my order I guess didn’t put what I asked for on my order as i didn’t receive a topping. Wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s the only thing i get on my burger. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. Also the kid sweeping decided that I was in the way and just swept behind me and on my feet while I waited for my food. I’ve never been to a five guys and had An experience like this.
