Went here to have dinner and when i asked the bill they tried to charge us left over $15.00, what? Means if you dont like the taste of their food they going to push you to eat it? Thats not customer right! And to think we haven’t order that much and order the premium rate, no good customer service! Bad food!!! Will report this to consumer complaint food service!!! If i can give 0 rate with no star i will!!!

Just not impressed. It was incredibly cold in the restaurant to the point we were actually shivering. Requested to see if they would turn on some heat, but apparently the answer was no. The food was mediocre for the price. The cuts of meat were not great. Well marbled with fat is one thing but this was very fatty all over. Not even close to worth what I paid.

I’ve been here twice and the meat is very fresh and tender. Staff is very friendly and really makes you feel welcomed. I recommend this restaurant to all meat lovers and those with a hungry appetite! I will visit again!

Place isn’t too big but fits a good amount of people while still giving each table some privacy. It’s definitely louder in there due to the loud noises of fans etc from the grills (not sure the official name) at the tables. Staff was nice but could have been more attentive half way through and then someone else took over bec we didn’t see our server again. Food was very good and the whole family enjoyed but didn’t feel there was enough variety for the pricing. There should be a choice of some of the appetizers included w $37/person. Anyhow, other than those things, and we’ve been a couple times in the past w great experiences too, I would recommend them!

We came to this location we were told 15 mins. Took 30-45mins or more because they kept skipping our party two other parties came in who were caucasian went before us we were a biracial party and pretty much were left for last. They didn’t even properly greet us. Crazy part is we allowed them to skip us onces then again the second time it’s so unfortunate because we were celebrating my nieces 13th bday and for her to have to experience this and see this is sad. Please leave the way we did if they treat you like this don’t wait. Wouldn’t come here ever again didn’t know Simi Valley still allowed restaurants to do this. Let alone to experience racism at this time in age.

My husband and I decided to try this place. We brought my daughter who is 9 and we were asked immediately her age. I’m assuming after a certain age there is an increase in price. Our service was okay. We had to ask several times for things and sometimes the waitress would forget. She got my soda confused with diet soda when refilling and we asked for two salads and just got one. Also getting more meat to cook took some time. There were only 5 tables being served so I’m not sure if she was new or just completely overwhelmed. The food was good and probably the best we have tried in Simi as far as Korean BBQ. Our bill was $130 so this will be a once in awhile dinner trip. I just think when you spend over $100 on dinner, the service should be superior. I’m hoping next time we get a different server or maybe she will have more training by that time.
