The food was amazing except one slight issue with the larger sandwich we had ordered. Two of the three workers were extremely polite and helpful. As to the cashier AUNDREA, she is very disrespectful, and shows as much consideration and attentiveness about as well as the filter she lacks when speaking to or in front of customers. Highly dissatisfied with her customer service skills shown this evening.

The food is not an issue, instead it is the online ordering. More often than not I place an order for “as soon as possible”, wait an hour, call the store, and find out that my order was ready 45 minutes ago. After hanging up, I get the “order is ready” notification. Has also happened with some orders where I specified a pickup time.

They did not include an item they charged me for after delivering it. When I called them back to tell them. The supervisor at that time told me she had bagged the items and she was sure she bagged the cookie and proceeded to ask if I had looked behind my chips . So she said she would deliver a cookie this time but not the next. I unbagged the items next to my coworker who ordered with me and we did not get it. This is terrible she basically is telling me next time she gets my order wrong she won’t fix it.
