EDIT! THEY SUCK NOW!! ALWAYS FORGETTING FOOD AND SAUCES. THE DESSERT JARS ARE A VERY EXPENSIVE JOKE!! DO NOT ORDER DESSERT UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DONE!! First time ever eating at a Slim Chickens. Ordered through the app. I honestly was expecting my order to be messed up. I had lots of food and different sauces. The store is brand new. Wow!! Everything was perfect! They didn’t miss a thing. Service through the drive thru was excellent! The food was soooo good! I really hope they keep up the good work! They have an excellent crew and delicious food!

This Slim Chickens pales in comparison to Lynn Haven and PC. The service is awful and that’s because the management is awful. We waited 25 min for our food. They kept ignoring us at the window when we try to get their attention. They were walking food to the cars behind us while we waited at the window. After 15 min the girl finally comes to the window and asked us to pull forward!. I went inside and asked for the manager. He said “we ran out of chicken”. He was unapologetic. Seriously, if you are going to make a customer wait so long you should tell them what happened and offer for them to order something else, get a refund, or wait. Communication would have made the situation completely different. I’ll never eat here again.

They were great when we first started going to this location now they suck! Gave the wrong order the first time after waiting 15 min being the only car in the drive thru. Chicken to bun ratio AWFUL. DRY and COLD. Always forgetting sauces when we go lately now too.

Great granddaughter lives on Slim chicken meals with a side of potato salad. It has become her go to place for chicken. She loves ❤️ the sweet red chili sauce and slim sauce. They also have some great employees working the drive-thru. One gentleman in particular, “that has served me often,” has such awesome manners. I praised him today for being so gracious. People do not realize anymore that it cost nothing to be kind.

Numerous times I’ve ordered food at this location and they’ve gotten my order wrong. The limited time Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and tender meal consistently wrong. When it first opened, things were on point, I get sometimes people make mistakes, we’re human, but the last 3 visits I’ve ordered from the Callaway location it’s been terribly wrong. It’s unfortunate cause this is the closest one to me and was excited when it first open in my neighborhood.

I can’t eat gluten so when I go to slim chickens i always get a large order of fries. Since this one in callaway opened I decided to stop on my way home and when I ordered in the drive thru I asked for two things of slim sauce and one ranch. The girl repeated my order and said “two things of ranch and an extra slim sauce”, so I corrected her and repeated what I asked for. Following this, she then said “okay so a gigantic fry with two slim sauce and one ranch” after I got my food this is what I got smh.

I come to slims for the fried pickles. But now they only give you about a third of the amount for the same price. So we won’t be coming back anymore. I asked why they make the order smaller and they blamed it on corporate. Less fried pickles should be less money. Won’t happen to us again. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
