I had never been to a 99s before. It’s kinda like an Applebee’s if this is your first time too. Anywho, our wedding party of 30 swamped the bar an hour before closing and everyone working was so nice and did their best to keep the drinks and food flowing. Thanks for the good night!

The food and service were awesome. My complaint is when I was in the restroom I saw an employee come out of the stall and go directly back to work without washing her hands. Another person that was with me said she saw the same thing with a different employee. Hygiene 101.

What a nice suprise..went for their lobster roll special and wasnt expecting much. But- Waitress was very good. Lobster roll good size and tasted fresh, french fries nice and crisp outside and excellent hazy IPA. Oh and freshly made popcorn.

unfortunately i have had terrible service while eating at the bar. I came in today and sat at the bar which i usually dont and when i was approached i was asked if i wanted something to drink so i ordered a drink and a meal just to make it easier since i already knew what i wanted. now side note ive been in the area since may and become frequent here, maybe 2 to 3 times a week. Back to the main issue, after i ordered my food and drink i was given my receipt for my meal immediately before i even got my drink as if the lady didnt want my business and that was what i was only allowed to get. now the server i encountered with was a very older lady and the receipt i was given, states the name as PM Bar 1. but she was wearing a game jersey as well. this was my second encounter with her. her service was terrible, first time i encountered her, placed my order like usual, received my food and drink and that was it. never checked up on never asked if i wanted another drink, or even asked if my food came out correctly. then this evening, again horrible service. had to flag down another lady and this person just to get another drink. she obviously needs more training since she is well beyond seasoned to be working in a fast pace environment. or maybe relocate her to the front to where she can seat and great customer which seems more up her alley due to her age.

I was traveling and I thought the menu looked interesting. It’s hard to make a French onion soup that I don’t like, but I didn’t care for this one. Nice portion, nice bread and melty cheese, but the soup itself was bitter. Tried the house special, boneless wings and loaded tots. It was all very dry and had been waiting under a heat lamp I suspect. Service was friendly and efficient. I probably wouldn’t go back, but we don’t have them in my neck of the woods anyway.
