Like many places on Rt. 27, this is very easy to pass by and miss. Like many places on Rt. 27, it is quite good. They make some of the best chicken sandwiches and fried chicken in the area. I think where they shine is in the texture of their sandwiches and chicken. There is a lot of bite and heft to their food, which I personally prefer. Other offerings in the area might have more of a crunch, but the offerings here are super hearty. I’d also recommend grabbing this for karaoke since it’s really close to some of the only options in the area.

I went here twice already – Both times were great. Their chicken is perfection. It’s not over cooked and dry like every other fried chicken place around here. This chicken is juicy and very flavorful. Also the decorations in their store are pretty cool, I used to love playing PUBG lol

Unfortunately, North Jersey has gotten saturated with these halal restaurants that either re-fry frozen food from the restaurant depot, or places that wanna sell you an overpriced Nashville hot chicken sandwich…but not all hope is lost. 98K is in a league of its own. The taste of the food has a unique umami flavor. Absolutely delicious. The price of everything was reasonable, the cashier/ service girl was patient and diligent, the restaurant and bathroom were clean, and there’s a parking lot front and back. Really don’t mind driving an hour to get there. I’ll be trying their ice rice with my next order.

Uber order buy 1 get 1 free tricks customer to pay one buyer for the same price, have to increase the quantity to 2, the lady in the front said she cannot do anything about it. Very disappointed.

We came just 10 mins before they close the store … the person behind the till didn’t even rush for a single second and was explaining everything we asked and she was very polite too. Every little thing matters when u open a new store in a decently populated Town.
