Food was above what I expected for a restaurant in a hotel. Appetizer cold cut and cheese plate disappeared quickly as we devoured the contents. Fried chicken is very good here. Try it! Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Prices are high but what do you expect for a Hilton restaurant right on the slope.

This was another great Thanksgiving at 9600 located in the doubletree hotel Breckenridge. We had a top notch meal with stellar service not only for our holiday dinner, but also all week at breakfast and dinner. This is our fifth year doing this and it is now an official tradition that will keep on going for years to come. Make your reservations early for a room and especially the thanksgiving meal.

The half rack of barbecue baby back ribs was spicy with a nice smoked flavor and fall off the bone texture. The barbecue sauce good. The baked beans had a nice Smoky flavor as well with big chunks of bacon and nice barbecue flavor. The cornbread was nice and the coleslaw had nothing wrong with it. I was not expecting decent barbecue from a hotel but aside from the higher price that’s to be expected it was a good value overall.

Not sure why there were so many negative reviews. I stayed with my family in the Hilton hotel and we had two breakfasts and a dinner here. Staff was amazing everytime. Food was good. The continental breakfast is so good!

We were seated for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to our table to take our orders or anything. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere, especially after the couple sitting at a table next to us were discussing what horrible service they received as well.

YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!! Excellent food and slightly off the beaten path. They have great food options if you’re vegan or vegetarian I got the wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly. The chef even came out to our table. It was a nice personal touch. The service is excellent. They have the best bartenders in the city mixing up wonderful drinks! I got the Charlie’s maple Manhattan and hands down one of the best Manhattan’s I’ve had. Go check this place out you won’t regret it.

The price of the continental breakfast changed from $10/person on Monday to $14/person on Tuesday; we were not told about the price change upon entering the restaurant and when we received our bill our waiter told us the price just “changed”.
