I went last week and the orders took too long and the grills kept turning on and off. I was starting to lose my appetite but our server, Joe, made sure he was keep checking on us with a positive attitude so that made up for it.

I went last weekend and the burner kept on turning off and group were very annoyed with this issue. The food service isn’t that great since it takes a bit to get your food. And they need to honestly marinate their meats way more in my opinion. I’d say this is an average tier KBBQ spot with a nice interior and fancy design.

Have been eagerly awaiting this opening and went I believe a week into their opening. They have all our favorites( beef tongue, pork jowl, short rib ) included in their dinner at a great price. They also had premium ones like filet mignon and seafood items. Not sure if it will all be permanent but for now it’s a great deal. Really good quality meat with all the salad and sides as self serve. They have friendly staff helped by a robot bringing food to each table. The only downside was it would take some to get meat out since they have only one slicer but the excellent staff (ours was Lance) did a great job mitigating it by expediting when necessary. We will be back!

First and foremost, single person or party of one IS NOT ENTERTAINED. They should update their waitlist system on YELP to eliminate the ‘1’ party and put a big sign that the minimun party for dine-in is ‘2.’ Second, prepare for a long wait on the ordered meats that is on their menu and not at the ‘BAR.’ You really have to be patient and keep asking for the status of your order. Imagine, the manager had to attend to me because of this. Third, sanitary issues abound where there is nobody manning the said ‘BAR.’ Imagine, the hoards for flies and people without gloves, masks, freehandling the raw meats, vegetables and fruits and other stuff on that ‘BAR.’ Now, I appreciate GEN and Baekjong more than ever just with my experience at this place, 92KBBQ!
