Five stars for the service and spaciousness of the place. I say space is important because in a typical pho restaurant, tables are tight. Here you don’t feel constricted. Nice bar area too. Food is good but not spectacular but I still enjoyed it. Prices are on the high side as expected in this area of Berkeley. Definitely recommended.

Came here because of the high score on Google review, but I was a little bit disappointed. The beef broth is delicious and portion is generous. However, the beef (both steak and brisket) is subpar, too rough, very hard to chew, and the cut is simply too thick. Meatball is good though. Spring rolls, grilled chicken, all so-so… The waiter was nice though.

We came for dinner on a rainy night. The servers were inviting and provided good service. As a test for our first time here we ordered your classic combo Phò. The beef stock was perfectly good and not over seasoned. Meet was decent, but not amazing. My one minor critiques was I ordered Vietnamese iced coffee. Most restaurants will ask you if you want it with condensed milk and if you want it to be fresh dripped at your table. They didn’t it came black and was okay, but I like to be asked how I want my coffee. When I asked them after the fact they said the coffee was made in bulk at the opening time and was two hours old. When I order a iced coffee for $5.50 I would vastly prefer to be offered table drip. They said customers don’t like that because you have to wait too long. This customer begs to differ. We’ll still return.

Eat It
Everything was so fresh. It’s been a while that I’ve felt so satisfied. The pho Bo was a generous portion, noodles light and perfect, broth made with attention and love. Everyone there was extremely friendly and polite. I will become a regular here! Thank you for caring to provide a wonderful and refined experience!

Food was very good! I had the cold cut bahn mi and spring rolls. Food was fresh and tastey! Very happy I could experience the food here! The other with me had the chicken bahn mi and a sparkling cherry lemonade and they loved it!

Pho broth noticibly watered down, sprouts were browned and limp & soup did not come with basil or cilantro. Avocado smoothie wasn’t fully blended as there were Ice chunks through out.
