Extremely overpriced for the burger quality, the burgers are smaller than a dollar menu from Mcdonalds, and the fries were pre-packaged, from a bag and had this horribly soggy, not crisp at all texture and flavorless. The burger was not good in quality, it had a stale oil flavor. I have eaten here probably 10+ times and will NEVER return because I am so disappointed in their dishonesty. Their menu says “All burgers come with fries” (you can check this yourself on their website, click Order online and you’ll see it whether you look at Delivery or Pick Up) but when I asked why our latest order has no fries he says no fries if I don’t pay separately. I told him i find it dishonest because their menu says otherwise and every other time (in store an delivery) they did include fries, as they promise. But the gentleman running the restaurant doesn’t care, he seemingly prefers to rip off his customers. Buyer beware!

I ordered it on uber eats 3 weeks ago the driver was on the way to the restaurant and an hour in I get a notification my order was cancelled due to them not having an ingredient. This is after sitting waiting for the food to arrive for dinner plans. I ignored this and wanted to try this restaurant again today. I ordered on uber again I was tracking the order the driver is on the way to get the food I step out my room for 30 seconds come back look at phone and see that this restaurant did it a second time to us. Now they could have called explained the situation let us know right away like every other restaurant does if someone thing happens. They did this to me twice I’m actually shocked. Have some curtesy to call your client manage your restaurant catch this early on make sure you have the customers best interest. Call us offer us something else I could have made other plans etc. This place will never get my business!

Update to my original 5 star review. My burger was dripping it was so soggy couldn’t eat it and my daughter asked for specific toppings it wasn’t given to her so she also didn’t eat it . Basically threw my money in the garbage and I mentioned it to the staff that was there but all they had to say was “oh sorry” I wont be going back the quality of the food has dropped completely along with the service . A good way to lose your customers is lack of professionalism and have kids running your business that have no idea how to handle a simple complaint. Next
