This is the worst subway in CT possibly. They are advertised to be open until 9pm but most times they are closed before 8pm! Also the workers dont pay attention to your order. You have to constantly repeat yourself. Maybe its because when their friends come through they stop and have a conversation with them and leave the customer waiting. Horrible. Do not eat here

Placed an order online….order went through. Went to pick up the food the place was dark inside and someone was mopping. Doors were locked. Apparently they were closed and never called to even inform. Mind you my pick up was for 7:35pm and the store was supposed to be closed at 9pm. HORRIBLE!

What does Subway Refresh mean? Prices Increased by 25%, less meat, thinner slices of meat, a few new flavors, same green tomatoes. Instead of subway paying their employees now they beg for tips when they ring you out.

I’m sorry but the service at this Subway made me never want to return. The guy working asked my boyfriend what his ethnicity was, and the girl making his salad had the worst attitude ever. They didn’t know where things were, had to get several items from the back, out of the refrigerator, and took a significant amount of time serving us and the customers in line behind us. Also, how was there no balsamic dressing or at least oil and vinegar? This is the second time this girl had waited on us and she was extremely rude that time, too. I get it, the job is tough, I used to work at a subway. But don’t take it out on people. Customer service is not for everyone.
