Growing up in a mexican household you learn quick, everyone helps with the cookin’. Our Mom taught us all of her family recepies through out our lives. It’s been many years since her passing and we have always wanted to keep her Legacy alive by sharing her food with the world.

This was my first time to this establishment. Meet one of the owners who was behind the bar. Very nice and inviting environment. Place is pretty good size. I ordered Tim’s tots and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Large portion and piping hot from the kitchen. Had great flavor and the green chili they put on it made the meal. Will definitely be back to try something else.

The food here was much better then Hells kitchen in Las Vegas. The fajitas were great and loved the atmosphere, I came out full for the 10th of the price. Thanks to Brie and Danny our servers. Hope to stop by again sometime in the future.

Excellent food and service at a great price. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by cheerful and pleasant people. The owners make you feel welcomed and appreciated by taking time to meet and speak with each guest. Nikki and Sonny provide that small town atmosphere with great food and entertainment. We will be making it a regular dinner date each week.

Had a quick margaritas and didn’t dine. Too pricey for the Mexican fare you receive and the only exception food items there are the cheese enchiladas and chile rellenos, which are on the high side if your comparing the quality of ingredients to the $ spent. Sondra is nice and fine for the bar but probably the only one there you will see daily.

Tried this spot down the street from us today and we enjoyed the visit. The very nice, very kind owner helped us order some non spicy dishes so my husband wouldn’t burn his tongue (she even changed his order). Miguel even came out from the kitchen to deliver a side of asada and beans. We were surprised by the karaoke so early on a Friday but it wasn’t too loud and there were some good singers. We enjoyed the caramel churro, too. Thanks for the great service and care.

We stopped in the get lunch and I have to say I was a little disappointed in the food . My fries were not crispy and I did order a bacon burger . If I would to deconstruct this burger the bacon and the burger and the the toppings were good but it was so dry . There was no sauce of any kind . I literally had to drink water w every bite . The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the service was excellent. Would I come back to eat here again? probably not

I have to say I came here because it was rated highly- but I was massively disappointed! I ordered two beef tacos- they had a choice between beef with light seasoning or extra crunchy with what was supposed to be extra seasoning and toppings and I orderd that- but I took a bite and was immediately dissapointed not only was it bland there wasn’t anything extra about it- in fact I was a bit conserved over the flavor of the meat- which tasted odd. The rice and beans were bland.

We had a wonderful time.. the drinks were cold ..the food was good.. we got to meet the owners who were lovely and gave us a lot of options and recommendations … margarita was especially good.. we will definitely be back to try some other dishes…

It was by chance we had stopped here tonight and it was the best decision! I got the California burrito with jalapeños, and Colorado pork green chili on the side. The burrito was amazing, and the green chili had the perfect spice kick I was looking for. They were not shy with their serving sizes/portions and the price was perfect. We had dinner the night before at Hell’s Kitchen at LV and I’m not even exaggerating when I say we thought the food at 5280 Mexican grub was eons better than at HK. I’m glad we came across 5280 and we will def revisit when we are back in this area. Thanks Brie and Danny for the great service and hats off to the chef for the great food!

Me and my mom stopped by for lunch today and the food was delicious! We tried the Mexican pizza, elotes, and fries with a side of nacho cheese. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty! The fries were really good I liked the elote and Mexican pizza! Definitely going to go back for the comedy night on Fridays and to try more food Also the owner was very nice and it was clean inside
