We sat at the bar and had amazing service, Robbie really took care of us. Our jambalaya was delicious, we had it with the jasmine rice. It was full of shrimp, sausage and chicken. Great atmosphere overall, everyone was happy and positive. If we are back in Jonesboro we will definitely return!

I eat here regularly (thousands of dollars/ year). Recently dined in on August 2nd and had the Tuna as an appetizer. A few people at our table really liked it and decided we’d order it again on Friday, but to-go. Called at 6:45pm and they wouldn’t take my order over the phone because it was after 6:30. Justin, the manager, was extremely rude and arrogant – thus my 1-star review. I won’t be back anytime soon – maybe ever.

Always superb. Nothing negative to say, all positive comments. Reggie is great. We ordered a Hawaiian Ribeye and a new York Strip weekly feature. After we finished eating we ordered two desserts to-go. I wouldn’t recommend putting a creme brulee in a to-go box, but that was my mistake for requesting such a thing. The food and service was all top knotch.

Let’s start off with saying I’m not a professional food critic and I try to eat one very nice meal a week in my travels. I ordered the mahi-mahi with grilled asparagus and wild rice as my sides. The fish was over seasoned it was good though but still very over seasoned. The asparagus was blanched at best not even close to being grilled and almost to the point of being woody. The wild rice was in a league of garbage in its own right. I would not be one bit surprised if it was not cooked a week ago it should have been called wild mush. It had a taste that resembled my grandmother’s musty basement. With tip I spent almost $90 if this is the best Jonesboro has to offer I truly feel bad for the community. PS I can’t even begin to tell you how many restaurants I have eaten in in my career but it is in the thousands and this is my first review. I don’t know if it’s the fact that I’m appalled that I paid $90 for something that wasn’t worth $9 or that I feel it is my duty to let people know before they waste $90. If you decide go I would highly suggest sitting at the bar it was truly a five-star experience and this comes from somebody that bartender for 4 years. The atmosphere has great potential with white tablecloths. They also had a beautiful young woman with an acoustic guitar that was extremely talented singing on a little stage. If I owned the place I would make extreme changes in the kitchen and get a true five star chef in what they’re trying to put off as a five-star restaurant.

First experience at 501 did not disappoint in any way. While each entrée was superb, the prime rib bruschetta (appetizer) stole the show… could have made a meal on it alone!

Our 1st visit to 501 when we met friends there for New Years Eve. We had fabulous food, service with smiles, a fun band without cover charge and some decadent strawberry cake. What a treasure!
