Place was packed so thought it was a good sign. Our server was great. Humorous and helpful! Food took FOREVER to arrive. We waited almost an hour for chicken tenders and 2 sandwiches. Everything was cold. One sub bun on one sandwich was soggy. Really too bad. Cute place but needs work.

When I first pulled up to this place, I thought, “Oh hell, only in Alabama.” Let me tell you, we came with 15 people. They see us and great us all like we were family, not customers, but family! More then one employee came out to make sure we had enough seating.

We had one of the specials, chili and a grill cheese. The chili was very good and you really can’t mess up a grill cheese. There were 9 of us in our group and we got our food in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of our needs. Love this place.

This was our first time to eat at 50 taters . It was worth the stop! Very nice people they make you feel at home and the food is worth every penny which it is not expensive . If you go hope Diane is your waitress she is also what made our lunch day special. Thanks you guys for a great lunch . p.s. read their signs when you go in they will have you laughing .

When you walk in you seat yourself and the service once you sit down is immediate. You get your food very fast and our orders were not messed up at all. I highly recommend eating here if you live in Alabama, or if you plan to visit.
