Last minute find for us and WOW are we glad we did! Super friendly, small, local place with amazing food!!! Be sure to check out the specials board, some great options! The burgers are probably the best we’ve ever had and the onion rings were cooked to perfection!!!

WOW… The name intrigued us. I’ve got to admit when we arrived we weren’t real optimistic. Did I say WOW!!! The sign on the door warns you that everything is made fresh. Then the waitress warns you at the table that it’s made fresh to order.

Absolutely amazing food and even better service. Had some staffing issues the day we passed through, but our server kept us posted the whole time and was SOOO sweet and friendly it was impossible to get upset about the wait. And when our food came it was definitely worth the wait!!! My kid who hates pickles loved the fried pickles, and the chicken tenders were so massive we’re convinced they were breaded chicken breasts. Brisket sandwich was also wonderful according to the kid who ordered it lol

Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you! Inside you’ll find freshly-made food and great service! (Thank you, Amanda!) The cornmeal breading on my catfish was tasty, hot, and crispy. The coleslaw was crunchy and delicious (I’m picky about my coleslaw). And my onion rings were toasty and delightful! DH had the Hart Burger (Hart County, that is) — it was huge, and he was thrilled with it. We’re so glad we stopped by, and we’ll definitely be back!

Best 30 minute wait ever! We are from Florida and to come to this beautiful area and expect McDonald’s speed would be wrong of us. Food is great once it comes. I mean that it was the best 30 minute wait not sarcastically either. To be able to slow down and enjoy the moment while watching a mother trying to cook with it being so hectic was so nice to see hard work before my very eyes! Between the onslaught of sorrys and apologizing I realized one of her daughters worked as the counter help and a server while the other one walked out for the day. Before you leave a one-star and come to this small town expecting something fast paced for you why don’t you slow down and realize that it’s also moving fast paced behind the scenes at this lovely little place. I wish them luck and enjoyed the locals. Very friendly down to earth people. There’s even one guy that comes in regularly and blesses one person that he sees while he’s there and pays for their meal. What a really great hearted little spot here on Earth.

Wonderful onion rings. The chicken and waffles were to die for! Waffles were shaped like the state of Texas and were light and tender. Chicken tenders were great, batter very light and tasty. Not salty at all.

Food was GREAT! Had only one waitress and she was busting it! Waiting one hour for hamburgers with only 3 other tables in the place was a bit disappointing. If they can step up cooking the food and getting it to the table place would be awesome!
