We love getting food from 426 Caribbean Cuisine. Lynn – the owner is easy to work with. We ordered several dishes for a catered party. Her skills were wonderful and I truly recommend getting food catered for your next party by this restaurant. We come here quite often and REALLY enjoy the taste and flavor of the food. The food was absolutely delicious and came in very generous portions. The customer service was phenomenal as well, and the lady who served me was incredibly sweet and polite. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy, and the prices are great too. I left a well deserved tip and definitely am coming back.

I stopped by this beautiful Haitian restaurant in Dover DE . I really enjoyed my meal they had a really nice fillet of fish I think it was an Italian fish called Bronzino. It was served with black mushroom rice wish was called black rice.

Delicious food! Flavoring was on point. My favorite was the Mac and cheese and the cabbage. Whole fried fish was incredibly moist and had loads of flavor. If you’re looking for something different and from than the normal chain restaurants in Dover this is an excellent place to eat.

426 has great food. I’m never disappointed. I was so happy when I found this place. I’m from Jersey and was missing good food. They have delicious food at 426. The owner is super nice always making sure things are just right. I recommend you try them out.

I always like to leave reviews whether the service/food was good or bad….This place was so welcoming and clean…. When you walk in the door you are welcomed and you feel the peace of God. The food was very flavorful and fresh… people compare their oxtails to Jamaican oxtails but it’s Haitian cuisine and they have their own flavors and approach to certain dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Taste in their lives. Thanks be to God for an Establishment like this.
