Yummy food and attentive service – We started with the sliders and salt and vinegar fries. Both were delicious! We also enjoyed our main entrees- garlic shrimp and brisket Mac and cheese. We will definitely be back soon.

My boyfriend and I came up to the North Adams area for a weekend getaway and decided to check this place out for dinner. So glad we did! We had the Brussel sprouts as an app, which were phenomenal, and the fish & chips and roasted vegetable salad as entrees. Both were great. The best fish & chips we’ve had away from the coast! The staff was friendly and we had a great conversation with Paul the owner. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out and support local business.

The entire experience was rather pleasing. I, myself, prefer my drinks to take a whole hour to arrive at the table(even a glass of water). It was also nice to understand that with the long wait time, they proved that they do, in fact, brew the beer in-house directly after you order it. The water was also hand crafted by Alfred Nobel himself, first by mixing two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen, then adding vitamins and minerals for a better taste. Would recommend this spot to anyone who has hours to kill and isn’t looking for any satisfaction while they wait. 10/10 would go again, but next time, I will most certainly make a reservation so we won’t be publicly shamed for being an unprepared group of delinquents who just wanted a few drinks.

413 Bistro in North Adams was the worst restaurant experience I think I’ve ever had. The waitress was nice, but the wait was outrageous. I understand if they were short staffed or had other issues going on, but transparency goes a long way for customers (let us know what’s happening and apologize for the wait. We were there for 2+ hours for a couple of beers). Everyone around us—patio and bar—was agitated as well. But it was the bartender who really disappointed me. I saw others approach him with concerns, and I saw him be dismissive toward them and then laugh about it later with others at the bar. Extremely unprofessional.

After great experiences at Berkshire Palate we had high hopes and it was delicious! Glad to have some favorites like the sliders still available! This restaurant and the new Hotel it is housed in are going to be such great additions to the Downtown

Never in my life I thought I’d get into it with the manager about a caprese salad, but I did. A caprese salad is a 3 ingredient salad so I said something not once but twice asking for the 2 out of 3 ingredients. I got a baby green salad with grilled chicken and some mozzarella, at first. Asked the waitress to have the tomato and basil added. She comes out with tomatoes but no basil, asked her again to have the cook add the basil. Mind you I was very calm and wasn’t making any sort of scene. I finally get my salad as the manager comes out and I try explaining the situation and he would cut me off, talk over me, walk away when I was defending myself against his poor terrible attitude. He ultimately comped our meal but I made sure to tip our waitress bc it’s not her fault. I would not spend my money her again.

Wonderful dinner and drinks tonight at this restaurant. Emily our server was absolutely AMAZING! she made the best drinks and kept them coming. The restaurant was closing but our party was enjoying the outside patio. They allowed us to continue to sit on the patio after close. Highly recommend!

I was grabbing some drinks, and the first round came out at normal pace with waters for us, then we had to wait for forever for our second round, but that was all salvaged by the fact that we heard they actually chemically bond the hydrogen and oxygen molecules to make the water they are bringing to you, and they brew all the ipas right on the spot, even the ones that say they’re from other surrounding states, even the one thats from ireland is actually brewed on the spot, they even produce the cans that they are putting the ipas into.
