This was our second vist and I forgot how good it was. My husband had the regular chicken and waffles but I went with the C&W Sandwich. I love the honey mustard sauce! You would never know this is GF. The owners are just the sweetest and it’s worth the 40 minute drive.

The classic chicken and waffles was delicious! The large chunk of chicken breast was breaded with what looked to be a homemade batter. This breading was delicious and had a unique but classic flavor. It was neither bland nor overly spiced and did its job of enhancing the perfectly cooked chicken.

I have to eat gluten and dairy free, so as we were passing through town I looked up what food options there would be for me, and found this place. Everything I tried was AMAZING! Loved the little details like the spicy chicken waffles having not only spicy chicken, but also spicy syrup and spicy butter that melt so perfectly together in your mouth. The chicken is so crispy and tender. If I didn’t know it was gluten/dairy free I never would have guessed- it’s that good! Some of the best bacon I’ve ever had too!

Oh my gosh the food is absolutely mouth watering. I have been dairy free since 2018 and it is so hard to find food that is dairy free, but doesn’t taste dairy free. The location is kind of strange, it’s in the basement in almost literally a whole in the wall, but sometimes those kinds of places have the BEST food, and this is one of them. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. So good!

This food was amazing! We came here for my celiac husband but all of us non-celiacs were blown away. The breading stayed on the chicken and had a great crunch without being too hard like so many other gf breadings end up being. The waffles were soft and not grainy. As a non-celiac I would happily eat here again even without my husband. The portions of chicken were large. I would say it was a great deal at $12 for 2 pieces of chicken and a waffle.
