Linda, claimed she was the manager on 08Aug23 when I mentioned that the Spinach /artichoke dip was congealed and cold when it came out. She stated that the only thing she could do was comp me %50 off and would not supply her refund policy. The Dynobites were also overcooked and dry. The server was very nice, but unfortunately, food service does not make up for cold and undercooked/overcooked meals. BTW a fellow patron at my table ordered the ground beef patty, which was overcooked and not seasoned. She received a full refund.

Make sure to ask for the nitrotini menu! I went here again on 3/10, they do not have a massive selection of food items on the menu, but everything I’ve picked or my friends picked so far has been awesome. Pizza has the crunch and cheese pull, the nitrotinis are strong and taste really good except the one with olives. My friend’s wife absolutely loved the banana pudding. Will be coming back once again! Also a great experience for out of town friends

My Family & I went to try this restaurant out tonight for the 1st time! This place gets a 5 rating for me!! Even though the service was a little slow, the ribs was scrumptious. They were falling off the bone I also loved the atmosphere!! I will definitely eat dinner here again!

I recently visited 4 aces and sat at the bar for food and drinks. 4 Aces and their wonderful bartender Whitney exceeded my expectations in every way. The restaurant’s inviting ambiance and diverse menu impressed me, offering a wide range of dishes. Everything I tried was amazing. Whitney, the bartender, showcased her mixology expertise with beautifully crafted cocktails that delighted both my taste buds and my senses. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. The dining experience at 4 Aces was an unforgettable experience. Not only Whitney who took care of me, but the entire staff was truly amazing. Hands down 10/10, will definitely be going back again!

We had a good experience here; love the atmosphere; the food was very tasty and cooked to our preference. I would like to see more appetizers added (non-fried and w/out cheese). The waiter was a little forgetful but friendly. The overall decor is lovely and the color themed restroom area with full length hall mirrors was a classy touch. We’ll be back.

I was born and raised in Greenville but moved to Charleston last year. We still have a place in Greenville. We are in town one to two weekends a month. We always find time to go to 4 Aces. We normally sit at the bar which never disappoints. Brittany, Cat, or Ashley is usually who serves us and they always remember us despite the fact that we are not there as much as many of the regulars are. We are creatures of habit and normally get the parmesan crusted chicken sandwich and it can’t be beat. The last visit in I ventured out and tried the Philly cheesesteak and it was fantastic. I subbed a side salad for the fries. We were in on a Thursday evening and then back again for lunch on Sunday and I got the same thing. If I’m being honest there are some things in the menu that are better than other. However the service combined with the things we know that we like, it is one of our favorite spots when in town.

We were in for a restaurant week maybe that was a bad mistake we wanted to try the restaurant 30 minutes for apps there’s one party of 12 one party of eight and about 20 other diners a lot of people at the bar I get we probably got behind the food for the parties but a cup of soup and some spinach dip shouldn’t take too long food was pretty good until I got my dry salmon and no side so I asked for the desserts to go but they brought them for here as well and to go. Did not appreciate the added tip. I was going to tip anyway like I always do. thanks a lot, I don’t know if we’ll see you again or not. Restaurant should be called a pair of Dueces.

Food wasn’t bad and the atmosphere is nice. Very pricy and upon paying I noticed that an 18% tip was added to the bill when my credit card was initially processed. There were only 4 of us and could not find any notice that this was their practice. The service was definitely not worth 18% and I usually pay tip with cash which I was not able to do in this case.
