Been here twice now and have gotten the nutella Belgian Waffle and tiramisu gelato. The prices are reasonable and both the waffle and gelato were fantastic and absolutely delicious. The serving size on the small gelato was really good. The girl was nice and filled the cup till it was overflowing, great to share with my friend or enjoy alone. The gelato was creamy and smooth and not too sweet, just perfect. The nutella Belgian Waffle was great too, crunchy on the surface and thick and fluffy inside. The people working were nice and the inside had a warm atmosphere and nice tables. I’ll definitely be back again soon for more waffles and gelato, and maybe to try something new.

Decided to try this place yesterday when I was stopping at the toy store with my son. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had but it was OK. Felt it was a tinge overpriced for what it was. Tiny kid’s gelato, small cappuccino and slice of cake for $20. The gelato was OK, the cappuccino was not very tasty in the least, and the cake was bitter but maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be? We wouldn’t go back, just wasn’t our taste

Amazing cozy cafe with great atmosphere, manager is super friendly and the staff is very welcoming. The place has positive vibes and is in a excellent location, they have good wifi, a variety of tasty food and dessert options. Coffee is amazing. Will be my go-to place when searching for a cafe!

Sandwich, crepes, desserts and gelato are all options at this place in the Krates. We stopped in for a treat and shared a medium dark chocolate gelato. It was smooth and creamy and delicious! We recommend!

this place is wonderful!! it’s super cute and the food is amazing, and the staff are so incredibly kind. i always get their breakfast bagel sandwiches and they’re SO AWESOME.. said sandwiches are cheap in price but they definitely don’t taste cheap. they’re so good!! staff, yall are just wonderful

First time trying this restaurant, and it was outstanding. I had a cubanini and it was one of the best Cubans I’ve had. Also ordered the berry crepes, which I shared and it’s a good thing I did, no way I could finish by myself. Highly recommend trying this place!

The girl was very rude and I told her what I wanted to order and I thought she was making until my daughter said she wasn’t making it. She was too busy making her own food!!!! Completely inconsiderate and bad moping attitude! The franchisee should be aware of the kind of help he’s paying and they can’t even fulfill an order!! They rather have their phones out in front of customers. These types of employees will absolutely kill your business. I Definitely don’t recommend coming here

Poor service by the way i was told to go to the next register since he only did gelato. I would make the line clear for where people go if communication is not inviting. They said they were out of bananas for crepes but then two nice looking ladies came up after and asked for a banana crepe and he didnt say they were out. It was good but will not go back due to the following.

A good selection of ice cream, good customer service, you can try up to three flavors, I love coffee and rum with raisins delicious, my next visit I will try mint /chocolate. Nice place to seat and enjoy your cup of coffee, ice cream like I did or some other variety of item in the menu
