Fast friendly service. Beautiful 12th floor view of both Omaha Nebraska and Council Bluffs Iowa. Food was fresh and well flavored. We used our food comps to help lower the bill. We didn’t have a reservation and were seated immediately. Website indicated restaurant is closed but that information was incorrect. We called and confirmed they were open.

I would describe our meal last night in one word, “awful.”

My wife’s burger was very good but my blackened filet and shrimp were very salty. But the banana bread pudding is to die for.

Came in from out of town and this was our first time visiting 360. The entire experience was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our server, Beth, was attentive, courteous and all around incredible. Stop by if you get the chance for a phenomenal meal with a beautiful view.

A little pricey, but a nice place to go! Beautiful view on the West side. Everything aside from the ribs so far has been above average. Good fries, good filet, etc. Wait staff is nice. Highly recommend!!!

The view is great in this restaurant, you can see the Missouri River and most of the Omaha skyline clearly. The only challenge is they close the shades because of the sunlight reflection most of the day. We had to ask multiple times to open the shades they finally opened them up about 7:00 p.m.

The hostess forgot about us. Would have preferred a window table but not a huge deal. French break should be complimentary. French onion soup was fabulous. Garden salad was barely ther. Not worth the $6. We split the prime rib and asparagus. Prime rib was perfect. I prefer my asparagus cooked a bit mor but the seasoning was fantastic. The garlic mashed potatoes looked beautiful but lacked garlic. All in all a nice restaurant but fancy is generally overpriced and over rated

Arrived for dinner around 830 pm just as the concert goers were heading to Store Cove. We sat in the Omaha Room and had an amazing view of the sun setting, which made for a beautiful and relaxing date night. Once the sun set, the lighting became dim and gave a romantic vibe. The bread is now $6 instead of complimentary, but definitely worth paying for. Filet mignons we’re cooked to perfection – tender, juicey, and so flavorful no steak sauce was needed. Salad was fresh and a nice starter size. We each ordered the Creme Brule for dessert; it was almost too pretty to eat! Decedant, sweet, and a great way to end an amazing meal. We also tried the Peach Bellini which was a delightful addition. Although purely alcohol, it wasn’t too strong and was definitely made for sipping. Our server was professional, polite, and attentive. A server helper refilled our drinks promptly, asked our how our meal was, and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend 360 for that special date night or, if you are single, a night to spoil yourself with great food, amazing views, and quality service.

We dined at Harrah’s 360 Steakhouse prior to attending a concert at Stir Concert Cove and had an exceptional meal! The spinach artichoke dip, tomato bisque, mushrooms, and (above all) the porterhouse steak I ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection! The table we were seated at also had a beautiful view overlooking the concert cove, Missouri River, and the Omaha downtown skyline. Our server was also very friendly and professional. Making reservations (in advance) is also a good idea, because this steakhouse was and usually is very busy. Thank you!

Wonderful view of Omaha, amazing service, but the price is definitely for the experience, not the food. The food was not as good as I thought it would be at that price, still good, just not great. But I’d recommend going an hour if so before sunset, it’s not to busy and the city is so pretty when the sun sets through the clouds!
