These reviews have got to be fakes. Not great, didn’t make my stomach drop, but the $13 burrito consisted of meat, rice and very little cilantro. Absolute joke. Edible, but…so overpriced and a huge rip-off. Meat was a strange consistency. Taco trucks aren’t gourmet, I get that, although I’ve never in my life been so disappointed with one when I opened the container after leaving.

Found this Taco Truck on our way home from Chelan. We ordered Sopes and a Taco plate. Food was simple hence taco truck but delicious. Must try if you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal. They do have outside seating in front of the truck and a covered seating with A/C.

Tasty tacos and flavorful salsa. I loved the carne asada street tacos (good quality meat) and salsa verde (very mild). They were about $2.50 each which is reasonable. I’ll be back to try other things on the menu.

The food is good. But I ordered a burrito with rice sour cream avocado and chicken but it came with pork instead I took it to go because I was coming from Puyallup so there’s no going back to exchange that. If I do come back to cashmere I would go to this joint again to eat versus the restaurants. I’ve always liked taco trucks better than restaurants it seems like the food more authentic

AMAZING. Best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The guy talked me through the vegetarian options and made it super easy for me. And the portions are GIGANTIC so you can get a few meals out of it! Gonna reheat the leftovers in my toaster oven tonight ☺️ I’ll definitely be back! Highly, highly recommend.
