I have been to many different states and had many variations to a pulled pork sandwich. But I swear this was the best sandwich I have had in a long while. Weird setup if you think about it as it’s in the back of a gas station. Please dont let that turn you off or anything like that! My mouth is legit watering as I’m typing this up. They are closed on Sunday and Monday, but I know where I’ll be at least one day this week!

Had lunch here with my daughters. Food was delicious, loved their french fries! Our first time visit so we were a little confused about where to go since this is inside a gas station. Just follow the signs! You can dine inside or carry-out. Get the fries!!

Looking up places to eat for lunch we stumbled upon this highly rated BBQ spot and boy were we happy we did. The outside looked like it was inside a gas station but you know that’s where the real gems are and 3 BAY did not disappoint. We had the pulled pork nachos with baked beans and jalapeños with a gooey butter bar for desert. The staff were SUPER friendly and welcoming and the food came out fast and delicious. I’ll definitely be back next week but a bigger sign outside for future fans would be a good addition.

Outstanding meal! The pork steak was huge and wow what a mound of fries. The steak was seasoned wonderfully, very tender, and all around great. The fries were delicious too, very crispy and hot when served. My dining partner had the pulled pork sandwich and it was a good size and I was told it too was fantastic. Hope I’m in the area again soon to eat here again.

This is FIRE!!! So good, the best smoked turkey I have ever eaten!! Dude is doing something right, whatever it is, don’t stop!! Who cares what the atmosphere is, this is seriously great smoked meat coming out of that gas station!!

As a native Texan, I know good BBQ, and this is not it. We had a terrible takeout experience for our family. I would never return based on quality of food alone. Some of these other reviewers either have never eaten real BBQ, are at a different restaurant, or were paid for the glowing review.

Fantastic food and the friendliest staff! We ordered pulled pork, coleslaw, and mac and cheese all by the pound. The entire family loved it! Easily the best BBQ in the area and a true hidden gem!

10/10 this hidden gem not only has the best burgers, ribs, pork steaks and pulled pork in STL but the bakery items are on another level!!! Try the chocolate chip banana bread, the oreo cheesecake bars, the sugar cookie bars and the “magic bar”. And make sure to get the GG Burger!!!!
