My mom, husband, and I shared a smoked turkey leg and the BBQ Combo, with mac n cheese, fries, beans, and fresh pickles as sides. It was WAY more food than we needed but it was a hungry summer afternoon and we wanted to try everything. The turkey leg was a special that day and we were so glad it was, perfect smoked flavor that transported me to Disneyland or a Faire. We washed everything down with some spectacular frozen huckleberry margaritas. The view on the well-behaved dog friendly deck was absolutely top notch. It is wonderful enjoying a feast surrounded by Cottonwood trees and the sound of the Wind River. When you first arrive, there may be a line, but it moves rapidly and our food was delivered to our numbered table in a timely fashion. The staff was very accommodating and available to assist with our special requests. It was truly a cozy and delicious experience.

Came in last minute it was almost closing time, cashier was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the brisket, ribs and side of potatoes salad. We were so surprised that portions were large and brisket and ribs were juicy and very tasty. Homemade cornbread was delicious. After a long trip from California it was very comforting to find some good barbecue.

Y’all don’t even understand how great this barbecue is. The brisket is smoked to perfection, the fries, Mac and cheese, and corn muffins are incredible. You can cut the brisket with a plastic fork. That’s WILD.

So I promised the employees, I would leave an honest review. Being from Texas, I was very skeptical about BBQ in Wyoming. So here goes, the brisket was very good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but would absolutely eat it again. The Elk sausage was not impressive. It had a bland taste to it, but not awful. The BBQ sauce is vinegar based, so if you’re used to sauce in the south, it will be very different for you. Now, the beans….were probably the BEST I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious! Must order them if you go! The pie and ice cream were also phenomenal. Overall, I would absolutely return to this place.

Food was amazing and the patio was dog friendly! The guy working was super nice and even let me fill up a water bottle for my dog! The cabin is cute too and the bathroom was very clean, definitely would love to stop here again if I travel through!

Very disappointed. The brisket was fatty, grisly, and cut into chunks, not sliced. No flavor. Waste of money at $40. The corn muffins were cold and smashed. Server was very pleasant and personable.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Traveling with our dog this place has a pet friendly patio right on a creek. Husband and son got the brisket, delicious! I had the pulled pork. BBQ sauce was great, as was the coleslaw. The two guys running it were hoppin busy and still had smiles and were polite to the customers. Thank you for a great relaxing meal during our travels.

Both the brisket and the pulled pork were poor cuts, exceptionally fatty/greasy, the bark was soggy, and everything tasted overpoweringly of Artificial Smoke.
